The 21836 will be a new addition to the Toro 60v range of Flex-Forcebattery powered lawnmowers from 2022. Choosing a cordless lawn mower foryour garden is a good choice if you’re environmentally minded as it’s greenerthan the traditional petrol versions. No wires / electric cables or petrol andoil to deal with. The Toro 20836 is supplied with the 2.5Ah battery andstandard charger to get you started. Smaller 2.5Ah batteries are for very lightmowing where as the largest 7.5Ah is for mowing large gardens.
Toro also own Hayter so their 60v batteries , chargers andFlex-Force garden tools are interchangeable with any of the Hayter 60v products.The only difference is that the Toro is branded red. Toro recommend the 2.5Ahbattery for the Flex-Force 21836 as it’s the most suitable for light mowing.The 2.5Ah battery is also perfect for using in the Toro FlexForce 60v gardentools.

The hand-propelled Toro 21836 has a 36cm (15″) cuttingwidth so is suited to smaller lawns and gardens. The grass collector is of asolid plastic and fabric construction and fits easily onto the back of themower. The 4 wheel design is suitable for most lawn types. Toro RunSmartâ„¢ software automatically adjusts the speed of the motor to match the working conditions so performance and run time are maximised
The control handles can be folded down for convenienttransport and storage with a centrally located carry handle to make life eveneasier. The 21836 can then be stored in an upright position for space saving.The battery is located at the front of the mower and can be easily seen throughthe transparent window. Batteries can be inserted and removed quickly withtheir carry handle.
This kit includes the 60v 2.5Ah battery and standard 60v charger. The charger has aneasy to read LED indicator to indicate when charging is complete. It can evenbe hung on a wall to save space. The battery has a LED indicator to show thecharge level and built-in carry handle. It will also only charge when it’s theright temperature. Charging time on the 2.5ah battery is 60 minutes
It’s recommended that when the mower is being stored for anylength of time the battery is removed. This is especially important during theWinter months as the damp can damage the battery. Keep the battery in a dry,warm spot and it will keep its performance come the Spring.
